Richard is Montana born and has lived in Havre for the past 42 years. He graduated from Havre High in 1998 and MSU Northern in 2003 with BS Degree in Education. Richard has been involved in the community and volunteers his time coaching youth sports. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
